Invitation from the President of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops

Hillside Interfaith Cemetery
Hillside Interfaith Cemetery Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 18th at 7:00 pm. This Mass will replace the regular 7:00 pm weekly Mass. If inclement weather, the Mass will take place in St. Stephen’s Parish.

150th Anniversary of St.Stephen’s Parish
In honor of the 150th Anniversary of St.Stephen’s Parish there will be an image of the Divine Mercy erected on the front of the Parish to the left when entering. There will be an official blessing of the image by Bishop Bart van Roijen on Wednesday, August 26th at 7:00 pm as part of the evening Mass. There will be a social following at the Knights of Columbus. All feedback and/or comments are welcomed.

Bishop update to Parishes
We would like to inform all students and parents throughout the diocese that there is a Catholic presence at Grenfell Campus in Corner Brook. Mass is celebrated on every second Tuesday of the month starting on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 in the multi-faith room, followed by a faith discussion over lunch. There will be other activities offered throughout the year. This is a great way to remain grounded in your faith, connect with new friends, and be involved. Please look for our booth, manned by some of our students, at the “Get Involved Fair” on September 16th, 2026 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Emergency Food Requests
Reminder that your donation of food items are welcome and can be dropped off at the Church entrance. Thank you.
