We welcome you to St.Stephen’s Parish, where all are welcome without exception. St.Stephen’s Parish, long in cultural and military history, is located in the Town of Stephenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, with a population of 8,000 and a catchment area of 25,000.

Volunteers
The Parish is in the process of recruiting two volunteers for the Pastoral Parish Council commencing in September. Meetings are held once a month from September to June. If you are interested in volunteering for one of these positions or would like further information, please contact Judy O’Quinn at 709-649-2704. “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people.” Ephesians 6:7

Singers
With the music director taking a break over the summer months, there is a need for singers for Saturday evening Mass and Sunday morning Mass. Anyone interested in offering their talents, please contact Debbie Wilton at 709-649-1958.

Pilgrimage to the Grotto
There will be a Pilgrimage to the Grotto at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish scheduled for Monday, July 14th, departing at 2:00 pm. If you plan to participate, please sign the sheet at the Church entrance indicating if you need transportation. The deadline to sign-up is July 9th, 2025.

Port au Port Indian Band
On Saturday, July 26th at 4:30 pm in Maria Regina Parish, the Port au Port Indian Band welcomes all as they gather to celebrate St. Anne, the Patron Saint of the Mi’kmaq people. The Mass will be followed by a luncheon at the Maria Regina Parish Hall.

Emergency Food Requests
Reminder that your donation of emergency food items are welcomed and can be dropped of at the Church entrance.

Stations of the Cross
Please join us for the Stations of the Cross in Our Lady of Mercy Heritage Church on July 7th and August 11th at 6:30 pm.

St. Anne, the Patron Saint of the Mi’kmaq people
